Photography/videography may be taken at our Centre events and rallies. The Centre and Club may use any photograph(s) and/or video(s) they take that include you, your party and/or outfit in all and any media, including printed and electronic publications, e.g., websites, or promotional materials, in the advertising of its goods or services. The photograph(s) and/or video(s) may be stored for these purposes as well. If you do not want to appear in any shots, please advise the organiser if it relates to a specific event, or the Centre Secretary if for all events. They will do their best to accommodate this and ensure you are able to avoid the area being photographed/filmed.

Barnstones Caravan Park – BATTLEFIELD WALK 2024

ROUTE: Take M40 to jct.11. Take exit on r/about onto A422 towards Banbury At Southern Road r/about take 3rd exit onto A423. Continue on A423 back under/over motorway then turn right sp. Great Bourton/the Close. Site on right within 250 yards. Watch for rally signs.
COST: 1 night £19.80, 2 nights £36.60 Limited EHU available at extra cost £TBD per night (2003 price was £6).

Rally booking terms and conditions
1. All rally deposits are non-refundable.
2. If you cancel a rally due to ill-health or bereavement, the Centre Committee will consider a full refund. This will be at the Centre Committee’s discretion.
3. Any cancellation up to 1 week (7 days or less) prior to the rally will be at the Centre Committee’s discretion and less any costs incurred.
4. If the Centre cancels a rally, all deposits are refundable (refer Sec 3, 48)
