Photography/videography may be taken at our Centre events and rallies. The Centre and Club may use any photograph(s) and/or video(s) they take that include you, your party and/or outfit in all and any media, including printed and electronic publications, eg websites, or promotional materials, in the advertising of its goods or services. The photograph(s) and/or video(s) may be stored for these purposes as well. If you do not want to appear in any shots, please advise the organiser if it relates to a specific event, or the Centre Secretary if for all events. They will do their best to accommodate this and ensure you are able to avoid the area being photographed/filmed.
ROUTE: From M5 Junction 7 take B4084 towards Worcester. After 0.4miles take A4440 towards Malvern/Worcester(W). In 2.6 miles at roundabout take the 1st exit onto A449 towards Malvern/Ledbury. After a further 3.1miles turn right onto Old Worcester Road. Site is on right. Watch for rally signs.
COST: 1 night £21.50, 2 nights £39.50, 3 nights £57.50 EHU included.

Note: Prepaid rally. Please make bookings at least 14 days prior to the rally.

Rally Booking Terms and Conditions
1. All rally deposits are non-refundable.
2. If you cancel a rally due to ill-health or bereavement, the Centre Committee will consider a full refund. This will be at the Centre Committee’s discretion.
3. Any cancellation up to 1 week (7 days or less) prior to the rally will be at the Centre Committee’s discretion and less any costs incurred.
4. If the Centre cancels a rally, all deposits are refundable (refer Sec 3, 48)
