Photography/videography may be taken at our Centre events and rallies. The Centre and Club may use any photograph(s) and/or video(s) they take that include you, your party and/or outfit in all and any media, including printed and electronic publications, e.g., websites, or promotional materials, in the advertising of its goods or services. The photograph(s) and/or video(s) may be stored for these purposes as well. If you do not want to appear in any shots, please advise the organiser if it relates to a specific event, or the Centre Secretary if for all events. They will do their best to accommodate this and ensure you are able to avoid the area being photographed/filmed.
Osmaston Polo Field 2026
GATEWAY TO THE PEAKS
ROUTE: From Ashbourne towards Derby. Turn right at roundabout staying on the A52. In about ¾ mile turn right signed Osmaston then left at ‘T’ junction. Watch for rally signs.
COST: 1 night £13.50, 2 Nights £23.50 3 Nights £33.50. No EHU available.
Pre-payment of fees will be by BACS transfer. Rally Marshalls will advise details.
Please note that this is a prepaid rally and all payments must be made 14 days before the start of the rally.
Rally booking terms and conditions
1. All rally deposits are non-refundable.
2. If you cancel a rally due to ill-health or bereavement, the Centre Committee will consider a full refund. This will be at the Centre Committee’s discretion.
3. Any cancellation up to 1 week (7 days or less) prior to the rally will be at the Centre Committee’s discretion and less any costs incurred.
4. If the Centre cancels a rally, all deposits are refundable (refer Sec 3, 48)
