Photography/videography may be taken at our Centre events and rallies. The Centre and Club may use any photograph(s) and/or video(s) they take that include you, your party and/or outfit in all and any media, including printed and electronic publications, e.g., websites, or promotional materials, in the advertising of its goods or services. The photograph(s) and/or video(s) may be stored for these purposes as well. If you do not want to appear in any shots, please advise the organiser if it relates to a specific event, or the Centre Secretary if for all events. They will do their best to accommodate this and ensure you are able to avoid the area being photographed/filmed.

ROUTE: From M42 J10 take A5 towards Atherstone/Nuneaton. Turn left just before Atherstone onto B4116. Turn left A444 through Twycross then just after zoo turn left sp. Orton . Straight over crossroads and turn right at t-junction. Site on right in 1 mile. Look for rally signs.

Payment of fees will be by BACS transfer prior to the rally. See the booking form or ask the Rally Marshalls for details.
Rally booking terms and conditions
1. All rally deposits are non-refundable.
2. If you cancel a rally due to ill-health or bereavement, the Centre Committee will consider a full refund. This will be at the Centre Committee’s discretion.
3. Any cancellation up to 1 week (7 days or less) prior to the rally will be at the Centre Committee’s discretion and less any costs incurred.
4. If the Centre cancels a rally, all deposits are refundable (refer Sec 3, 48)
