NOTICE of the Annual General Meeting of the West Warwickshire Centre 2026

The Annual General Meeting of the Caravan and Motorhome Club West Warwickshire Centre will be held at 2:30pm on Saturday 3^rd October 2026 at Binton Social Club. Any two registered members may propose any registered member to be an Officer of the Committee of the Centre to which they are all registered. Written nominations for election, confirmed by the nominee, the proposer and the seconder, must be received by the Centre Secretary not later than fourteen days before the AGM. Formal Notices of Motion from registered members, duly signed by the proposer and seconder, must be received in writing by the Centre Secretary no later than 35 days before the AGM. Only members who have registered, or re-registered, with the Centre at the date of the meeting are entitled to speak, vote or stand for election.

The West Warwickshire Centre was formed in 1968.

We are one of 56 Centres listed in the Caravan and Motorhome Club, Sites Directory/Handbook. Throughout the year we organise a varied programme of weekend and holiday events.

Providing you are a member of the Caravan and Motorhome Club you and your family are welcome to join us on any of our events, you can be assured of a very warm reception on arrival. A rally is a social event of like-minded people joining together to share their love of caravanning.
