Centre Rules

  • The following rules apply to all Caravan Club members attending rallies. Members should also follow “The Caravan Code” within the Caravan Club sites Directory and Handbook
  • Members wishing to attend a weekend rally must use the ‘Book Now’ button on the website or text the mobile phone number as listed on the rally details, to reach the named stewards not less than 7 days before the rally opens. All rallies are prepaid and payment will be made by BACS direct to the Centre bank account prior to the rally opening. This payment should reach the Centre 7 days prior to the rally or in the case of a holiday rally as specified by the Steward. Bank account details are at the bottom of the booking form.
  • West Warwickshire Rally Signs (orange with black lettering) will be displayed on the approaches to rally sites.  Directions given in the Rally Book are for guidance only and should be used in conjunction with other mapping tools.
  • Members must not arrive at a rally prior to the   opening time shown and must leave the site by the stated closing time.
  • Members MUST PITCH their outfits as directed by the stewards. Members may normally reserve one space for another member except where site conditions preclude this.
  • Speed limit on sites is WALKING PACE (5 mph). Vehicles on site may only be driven by fully qualified drivers.  In wet conditions, members should only make essential use of vehicles. If the yellow flag is flown, no vehicle movement is allowed on the field.
  • Members having booked to attend a rally who then fail to attend may be asked to pay towards any costs incurred.
  • All pets MUST always be under control and on a lead when on the rally field.  When tethered, the animal must not be able to reach an adjacent pitch. All fouling must be cleared by the owners. 
  • Please ensure that no damage is caused to anything on or adjacent to the site or trespass onto adjoining land.
  • The flying of kites, drones etc. is not allowed on or immediately adjacent to rally sites.  Ball games must not be played close to outfits.  The use of weapons or other dangerous equipment that may cause injury or damage is prohibited.
  • Members are requested to always keep noise to a minimum to ensure their neighbours are not disturbed.  The site MUST be quiet after 11.00 pm.
  • Every outfit should be equipped with a simple first-aid kit and an approved type of fire extinguisher or fire blanket.  A filled fire bucket should be placed at the “A” frame of a caravan or in front of a motor home.
  • Own sanitation is required on all rallies.  Chemical toilets must only be emptied in the place provided and must not be washed out at drinking water points.  Wastewater to be disposed of as directed by the stewards.  All other rubbish is to be taken home.
  • No open fires other than charcoal or gas barbecues are allowed on rallies without the consent of the stewards.
  • The riding of cycles within lines is prohibited and WALKING PACE must not be exceeded on site.  Lights must be used at night.
  • Members expecting visitors should advise the stewards and ask their visitors to report to the stewards on arrival at site.
  • Young people will be considered as children until the age of 16.
