NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the FIFTY SEVENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the WEST WARWICKSHIRE CENTRE, THE CARAVAN AND MOTORHOME CLUB will be held at Binton Social Club, Binton, Stratford upon Avon. B95 6DN. Saturday 4th October 2025 at 2.30 pm.

                           This is the only Notice to be generally circulated.

Nominations for Officers and Committee must be received by the Secretary, in writing, not later than FOURTEEN DAYS prior to the Annual General Meeting.

Notices of Motion must be received by the Secretary, in writing not later than

THIRTY-FIVE DAYS prior to the AGM.

Members must have been registered as MEMBERS or FAMILY MEMBERS of the West Warwickshire Centre for at least THIRTY-FIVE DAYS prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting to enable them to be eligible to speak or vote, although the Club’s Constitution does not forbid the admission of other persons of members’ families.
